Bring A Friend Days This Thursday and Friday!
Don't forget! There are no PM classes on Wednesday night this week.
In Lieu of classes join us at 5pm at Hull Park to workout.
After Hours Block Party - Wed 5:30 - 7:00
Athletes are invited to come and network with the neighboring business and enjoy samples from Kayak Cafe, Latin Chicks, Savannah Squeeze, Joe's Homemade, and Sweet Spice.

Have someone you would like to workout with? Our Bring A Friend Days are perfect to introduce them to crossfit training and our community. You can bring as many on friends as you like, but you are there ambassador for class. Please make sure they arrive before class starts to fill out a waiver and meet the coach. They don't want to miss any of the fun.
Holiday Party - CFHP Style

Let's celebrate 2014! We are still accepting superlative nominations in the box in front of the whiteboard. You know, like...Most likely to break out into a Michael Jackson dance in the middle of class (drew). We'll be awarding most improved, athlete of the year, etc.
No kids allowed. No workout clothes allowed. We will have food and drink but if you are picky you may want to BYOB.
Crossfit Kids Bring A Friend Day
Saturday December 20th - 10:15pm
This will also be our last class of the year. Minimum age is 6 years old or 1st grade. Kids classes are appropriate for elementary and middle school ages. Parent needs to be present to sign a waiver or can download it from our website.
This year we will be running a "skeleton schedule" the week of December 22nd - 26th.
The skeleton schedule is 7:30am, 11:30am, and 5:30pm daily.
On Christmas Eve there will be no 5:30pm class.
On Christmas Day we will be closed.
Sat Dec 27th - regular schedule
The week of New Years will be a regular schedule with the following exceptions:
New Years Eve no PM classes
New Years Day - one class at 10am

Saturday December 13 - HSPU clinic (you should have full range of motion pushups on your toes)
Saturday December 20 - shoulder and thoracic mobility clinic (can you say better OHS?)
This is a fun "call out challenge" for CFHP athletes and your crossfitting friends no matter where they are - all over social media. Every 48 hours there will be a new active workout. Post a pic or video with the hashtag #CFHPCarpeDecember and your score to earn points. Give yourself a point for each workout you do, challenge your friends, and give yourself an additional point if you beat the person who challenged you. This is all in fun..to help you stay active during the holidays.
