Strength: CAT Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 70% +5lbs

Skill/Oly: Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

Gymnastics

WOD:

Partner WOD

Max effort reps 3 min followed by a 1 min rest

Tire flips (both can work if need be)

75 ft shuttle run relay style

Ball shots

Burpees or Pull-ups
