Workout of the Day December 9, 2014


Fun Partner Work last week.

TRAVEL WOD: 21-15-9 reps of Burpees, Lunge Jumps, and Hanging leg raises. Hold a plank for 1 min after each completed round including the last one.

Strength- Back Squat 10-10-10 (make 2 standard jumps and then push yourself) rest no more than 2 minutes between sets

Run 400m

21 KB swings

12 Pull-ups
