TRAVEL WOD: Run 800m, then 21-15-9 of Dips (on a chair, in between 2 chairs, or if you have a pair of rings handy), HandStand Pushups or handstand kick-ups on the wall, and HandRelease Push-ups, then Run 800m Again.
