Strength: Bench Press 5 RM (no more than 6 total sets)
25 min Partner AMRAP Relay
Burpee Box Jump
Partner 1 does 1 rep of each, then partner 2 does 1 rep of each.
Partner 1 does 2 reps of each, then partner 2 does 2 reps of each.
So forth and so on increasing 1 rep each round until time expires
