TRAVEL WOD: Spend 60 minutes being active in either a sport or some thing you usually don't do. If you are a runner, then go swimming. If you are a swimmer, then take the ol' bike out for a spin.

50 Power Snatch (95/65 is ideal)

50 Pull-ups

50 Ball Shots

50 GTO (same as snatch)

50 KB Swing
