New Year's Eve Hours- Regular AM Classes only (NO PM CLASSES)
New Year's Day (10am class only- come hydrated)
TRAVEL WOD: 3 Rounds Run 400m 25 Push-ups and 25 Air Squats as fast as possible.
WOD: 2 Rounds of:
{3 Clean and Jerks + 3 rounds of Cindy}
{6 Clean and Jerks + 2 Rounds of Cindy}
{9 Clean and Jerks + 1 Round of Cindy}
Weight selection must increase for round 2
1 Round of Cindy= 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats
