TRAVEL WOD: Run 1 Mile, 100 burpees, Run 1 Mile

Run 400m (scale the run to be 2 min or less each round)
10 TTB
OHS
Rest 2 min after each round
Reps on the OHS determined by weight. 15= (95/65 or less), 12= (115/80), 9=(135/95), 6=(185/135), 3= (greater than 185/135)
