TRAVEL WOD: Find a set of stairs. Sprint to the top of them and perform 10 burpees. Walk down. Repeat for 10 total sets.
Partner WOD:
Complete as a team (team chooses the weight on the bar)
** each time work is stopped, partners must switch postions
150 Push Press (Partner Holds a Plank)
150 Back Squats (Partner Holds bottom of the squat)
150 Burpees (Partner Holds a Hollow Position on ground)
