Workout of the Day, January 12, 2015

"Though she be but little she is fierce!" (William Shakespeare) Peyton rockin' some killer rowing form. This position is called the "Catch," when you are at the front of the rail, nearest the fan belt. It, among other things, can make or break your rowing efficiency. Notice Peyton's vertical shins, her slight lean forward about 30 degrees from hips to shoulders in relation to the rail, and importantly, there is space between her seat and her heels. From here, she consistenly KICKS her heels down, allowing the rest of her stroke to fall into place beautifully.
