5 UB Hang Power Cleans + 5 UB Jerks

Gymnastic Skill: 100 total reps of lateral jump over the bar (single leg is a scale up)

WOD: 3 Rounds 5 HSPU 10 Power Clean 15 HR Push-ups 20 KB Swings 25 Ball Shots Rest 2 minutes after each round
