WOD: with a partner
20 min AMRAP
Score will be calories rowed
Three teams of 2 will be placed at each rower
Team 1 will be rowing
Team 2 will be KB lunging 100'
Team 3 will rest by rower
Team 1 can only row as longas team 2 is lunging
