Core-Dead Bug Home position 3x30s into 30s of 4 way dead bug
MOD-SQUATS (BB only)
Air Squats, Back Squats, Front Squats and Overhead Squats
3 x 5 @ 32x1 tempo
WOD-5 rounds (3-5 people per sled)
50m sled push as fast as possible
Cash out-800m run
