MOD-PRESSES

Push press drills (dip, dip-drive, drive-drop, dip-drive-drop)

3 x 5+ (no weight-pvc or empty BB)

WOD-3 min max reps at each station (rotate through only once)

30 sec rest between exercises

Burpees

Russian KB Swings
