Our Strength Cycle begins this week!!
Get ready to get strong!
MOD:
Deadlift-3 warm up sets then
5 reps @ 80%, 5 reps @ 82.5%, 5 reps @ 85%
then max reps (until form breaks) @ 80%
WOD:
Buy-in: 50 sit-ups
3 rounds
20 ball shots
10 hang power snatch (should be able to go 5 and 5)
Cash-out: 50 sit-ups
