Who do your honor this Memorial Day?

Monday May 25th (Memorial Day) there will be 1 BADASS workout at 9am - all of our extended CFHP family coming together to sweat for the honor of the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice. You don’t want to miss this. Guests are welcome but must arrive on time. Plan to be here from 9 - 10:30 for all the awesomeness.

We’ve even got a Facebook event page….feel free to invite friends to join you.


Pre-order is now open for squat (see back for details) tanks. The deadline is May 30th. Tanks are $24.

Food As Fuel Skill Clinic

Whole 9 Nutrition Guide is available at the gym. This is our basic guide that explains how we eat and why. It includes a meal planning template, shopping guides, and some FAQs. This guide is not available online, please request a copy at the gym.

Summer Kids Classes

Be sure to check the website for the kids summer schedule. Additionally we are excited to announce a high school program for June and July. All interested high school students and a parent must attend a group intro to be held on Saturday May 30th.

Next Instructor Training Program

We will be doing our next 6 week Instructor Training Program in June. This is open to any Crossfit HP athlete that has a desire to coach and either has or is scheduled to take their Level 1. Join us for an interest meeting on Saturday, May 30th at noon. The program will run for 6 weeks and meet once per week.
