Clean Complex for max weight

Power Clean+Hang Squat Clean+Front Squat


4 rounds partner relay (each partner does a full round then switch)

7 CTB (scale up 5 muscle ups or scale down 10 jumping pull ups)

3 Cleans (each clean gets heavier partner can help change weight)

rest 3 min as a team
