WBBC Troop 011 sure did bring their Thunder on BAF Day!!

Aug 3rd

Y’all have some awesome friends.

Thank you so much for believing in us and trusting us to bring your friend to class. Bring A Friend Day was so much fun, and little wet and wacky as expected.

It is THE BEST compliment you can give us.

With that said, August is usually busier for us than January is. (I guess back to school for kids, means back to the gym for mom and dad…or something like that). You’ll notice lots of new faces. Keep being awesome and introduce yourself to people you don’t know before class. Yes, there may be prizes….

Your RAS is working. Is it working for you?

Your Reticular Activating System is a part of your brain that filters out the noise from what’s important. But it could be working against you. We love this quick explanation of the RAS - this single video has changed lives:

Schedule Changes Coming Soon

Last week we gathered data from our athlete base asking about potential changes to class times. We will make a final decision at 2pm today. If you missed the chance to give your 2 cents feel free to email this morning. In summary we are always looking for ways to improve your experience, and feel like adding a little time gap between classes will make it easier for you to park and less chaotic in the morning and afternoon. Additionally, it would allow athletes to stay for a few minutes after class or come a little to work on skills or homework your primary coach has given you. Look for another email. Any changes will take effect on Sept. 1st.
