 YAY for beach wods!!

Our community is amazing.  (As if you didn’t know).  Just want to take a second and recognize our some members of our competition team for taking time out of their weekend to help break down equipment, move equipment, and basically anything that was asked.  Krista,  Al, Suzanne L, Scott, Avery, Taylor G, Wags, Freddy, Chris Nash, Karen Voss, John Mesaros, Shadoe, Kelly thank you guys for your commitment to this CFHP family.   

 

REMINDER!  Beach WOD this Saturday 9am.  No classes at the gym. 

Join us for a little fun in the sun.  Leave time to park and get down to the beach.  

 

SKILL CLINICS - There is something for everyone this week - from beginner to seasoned athlete.  For all our skill clinics please RSPV in advance through zenplanner.hyperformance.com

 

 

 

Tues Aug 11th 6:30 pm - Barbell basics part 1 with JT (great overview for beginners).  Learn the ins and outs of the slow lifts (back squat, front squat, overhead squat shoulder press, push press, and deadlift)

Thurs Aug 13th 6:30pm - Rope Climb skill clinic with Sean (should be comfortable with hanging knee raises)

Thurs Aug 20th 6:30 pm - Beyond deadbugs - Rx Abs with Caleigh (ALL Levels)

Thurs Aug 27th 6:30 pm - Double-unders with Jen (ALL Levels)

Friday Sept. 18th  - Our Annual Athlete Appreciate Day as we celebrate 7 awesome years.  Just come prepared to be surprised.  

 

Class reminders - You might have noticed classes getting busier.  Please help us out with the flow. 

  • All bags and belongings should be taken to the back cubbies or stored below the cubbies. 

  • Please sign in before class starts. 

  • If you arrive late, we reserve the right to bump you to the next class. 

  • Introduce yourself to anyone you don’t know

  • Use stained sweat towels if you are wiping off equipment or the floor (below the regular pile)

  • Check Lost and Found!  Contents will be taken to Goodwill next week.
