Monster Meet OCT 24th- Don’t let the name scare you, it’s just an Halloween themed event. As we come to the end of our Oly focused season we decided not to retest your 1 RMs in class, but to retest your Snatch and Clean and Jerk all together as a gym for a great all-day event. Here’s why you should do it:
You get to cheer for all your friends.
They get to cheer for you.
It’s in-house only (no other gyms allowed)
Experience how a Olympic Lifting meet works
“Flights” (heats) will be happening all through out the day, so you can sign up for one that fits your Saturday schedule.
Free “Meet Prep” skill clinic on Saturday Oct. 17th to help you get ready and know what to expect.
ALL LEVELS can participate.

2015 Gobble Games hosted by Crossfit Hyperformance - Registration is open. Spots are limited for both Scaled and Rx Teams of 2 men/2 women. Come throw down with teams from all over the Low Country. Teams are guaranteed at least 4 fun workouts that test your GPP. This competition is an ENTRY LEVEL competition specifically for our All Level Athletes.

2015 Holiday Open House Friday December 11th and Saturday December 12th
The Open House will be a series of workouts, seminars, and clinics through out the morning that are free to the public.
2015 Holiday Bash - The Adult-only CFHP community Holiday Party will be that evening (location TBD).

Intro to Nutrition with Robbie and Leigh - 10/1 at 6:45
Crossfit Crash Course - Three part series happening Tues 10/6, Thurs 10/8, and Sat 10/10 for brand spanking new crossfitters. It will cover basic barbell and gymnastics movements and include a workout each day. Open to the public for $75, free for CFHP athletes.
Handstand Skills 10/15 6:45 pm with Sean.
Meet Prep 10/15 at 10am. Learn the logistics of participating in a Olympic Style meet, specifically how to warm up, how to determine your opening weight, rules, and more.
Pre-hab - preventing injury is easy if you know what to do. October 29th at 6:45pm.
Goal Setting and Positive Self-Talk (A CFHP favorite!) with Drew. October 31st 10am.
This week we are back to MODing first and maintaining our focus on Olympic Lifts. Next week there will be no MODs and we will spend a little extra time mobilizing in class. This gives everyone a chance to rebuild and recover. So go hard this week.
