Community Updates: October 12, 2015

October 12th This week is going to be Awesome!!

Programming - We’ve got two weeks remaining on our Oly focus. This week get under some weight and focus on technique. Next week we will taper off the weight in preparation for the Monster Meet on Saturday Oct 24th. This will be everyone’s opportunity to re-test their 1 RM Snatch and 1 RM Clean and Jerk. Make sure to sign up on the clipboard. We won’t be testing these lifts in class. The event will flow similar to an olympic lifting meet, with 3 attempts each. Krista will host a meet prep skill clinic to cover the rules, strategy, and preparation. All CFHP athletes are encouraged to participate, but advance registration is required.

Finish 2015 with a bang! Drew made this video message for you. Please take a couple of minutes to watch this important announcement. Comments welcome.
