Rocking Single Leg Pistol Progression x 15 each leg

**every 5 reps reps perform 3 hip flexor lifts

3 x max chin ups (on last rep only, hold top for 3-5s)

Thoracic + Shoulder stability and mobility

WOD:

Run 400m
