It's Virtuosity Week!

The 2016 Opens are behind us and we all gave it everything we had.

This week we are going to get back to some basic and work on perfecting our form again.

MOD: Air Squat

Back Squat

Deadlift

10 of each with a coach

10 ea @ tempo (Coach picks)

3 x 10 with a partner (face wall for squats)

WOD:

400m MB run

@ 5 min mark

TABATA

Squats then

Sit-ups
