 MOD- Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 80%

 

WOD- 1- 10 OHS (75/55)

          10- 1 Pull-ups

 

Woorkout goes as follows:  1 OHS then 10 Pullups.  2 OHS then 9 pullups.  Until all work is completed.
