HyperO Event- Today is Feats of Strength. The gym will have morning classes ONLY. The first heat for FOS starts at 420. You will get 20 minutes per station to obtain a heavy 1 Power Clean, Back Squat and Bench Press

WOD:

Walking pace 1 Power Snatch 2 OHS 3 Pull-ups 4 TTB 5 Burpees 20 Double Unders 2-4 rounds 2 min between each
