 THANKS to everyone who completed the WOD for Tod yesterday.  It is always nice to just put your nose to the grindstone sometimes.  

 

MOD:  Back Squat 2RM you will have plenty of time for this.  If you happen to get done early and want to work up to a heavy push press double, please feel free.
