The needs of these athletes are broad, general fitness and proper strength technique within a community of their peers. Current athletes in this age group that already attend all levels classes may continue to do so. New athletes in this age group will not be admitted into regular classes unless otherwise noted or by invitation.
Middle School classes will be held Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:30 - 4:20 pm.
High School classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:20 pm.

Coach Karen has an amazing skill clinic planned for Thursday 8/25 and Saturday 8/27 covering unilateral (one-sided movements). These movements will make you a stronger athlete, less prone to injury, and more coordinated overall. You must check it out!
This week you’ll see some workouts that really challenge you in a new ways. A few unconventional movements (no the bicep curls are not a joke) that are intended to improve ligament and tendon tensile strength in addition to muscular strength. Look for some specific unilateral movements and stability work as well.
Teams are forming for Rise of The South Competition at Crossfit Boro the weekend of September 10th and 11th. If you need a team member or want to join a team let the community know in the social club FB page. Additionally, this will be a great resources for groups that wish to caravan to Statesboro to cheer for all our athletes.
A few teams will also be making their way out to Pooler the following weekend for the Bombs and Barbells fundraiser / competition. https://leaderboard-lite.throwdowns.com/competition/bandb2016/
