I’m walking into the gym this morning and overwhelmed by your generosity to help others in our community with your food donations. Thank you many times over. Most of the food will go to the kids that lift with Kerri Goodrich at Performance Initiatives. These kids are fed a meal at school and at Performance Initiatives, but over the holiday break the will miss both breakfast and lunch. Many of the kids do not have methods of heating or cooking food available, so please make sure that what you donate doesn’t need to be prepared.

Special Announcement - We’re gonna do a very special Ring In The New Year WOD Saturday December 31st at 9am. You may bring 1 guest only so that we can accommodate everyone. More details coming….
Open tests book-end the week. Use these as opportunities to work on strategies to get the best score for you. We want you leaving the WOD with a feeling of accomplishment. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are meant to be training WODs. Push yourself to that uncomfortable spot and see what happens come Open time!!! Happy WODing. Oh and Star Wars comes out this week!!!
JUMP ROPE SKILL CLINIC - This Saturday at 10:15 with Leigh. Hone your skills or learn a new one. The focus will be on double-under efficiency and good for both beginners and experienced athletes.
KIDS HOLIDAY CLASSES - this year our kids get a chance to workout right alongside Mom and Dad during the break. From December 19th to December 30th we’ll have an 11:30 kids class each weekday at 11:30. Kids classes are 10 for $100 or $10 drop-in for these two weeks. (Please note that if you bring your kids at this time, they must participate in the kids class).
Jump Rope Skill Clinic with Leigh - Saturday Dec. 17th @10:15 am
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE - an abbreviated schedule to give all our team a chance to recover and be with their families.
Wed Dec 21st - Fri Dec 23rd - classes will be held at 6:15, 11:30, 5:45 only
Sat Dec 24th - normal
Mon Dec 26th and Tues Dec 27th - classes at 6:15, 11:30, and 5:45 only
Sat December 31st - Ring In the New Year WOD - athletes only plus one guest.
