WOD:

Tabata is a interval Workout.  8 Rounds of 20 secs of max reps followed by 10 sec rest.  You will complete all 8 rounds on the first movement then move to the second.  This is a 32 round WOD.

 

Level I-
Tabata

Goblet Squat
Push-up

Level II-
Tabata
Deadlift (185/115)
Hang Power Clean (115/75)
Front Squat (95/65)
Push Press (65/35)

Level III-
Tabata (maybe reverse Tabata)
