15 min Cindy 3 Pull-up Scale 6 Push Up Scale 9 Squat/Sit up Run 400m

LEVEL 2 and 3

800m Run

15 min Cindy add sit-ups (@ min 8) 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squat/ Sit-ups 800m Run everyone gets back form the run before the AMRAP starts. When it ends, the run begins immediately.
