Same as Level 2, but Thruster weight is 45/25
LEVEL 2
Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 70-75% Then, 8 min AMRAP Max Cals Row Thrusters 65/45 switch every minute Post WOD: Strict Pullup (CTB ideal) 5 sets of 3-5 reps
LEVEL 3
Same as level 2. DO NOT Change the weight to heavier. Go unbroken and WAY faster than you want to
