You may choose ANY weight you wish to accomplish the task. Your weight will be divided into the total pounds lifted to determine the reps.

LEVEL 1- 7000lbs

LEVEL 2- 10000lbs

LEVEL 3- 15000lbs

example: Level 1 7000 lbs divided by 100lbs on the bar = 70 reps required or 35 each partner

Level 2 10000lbs divided by 135 lbs on the bar = 74 reps required or 37 each partner

Level 3 15000lbs divided by 155lbs on the bar= 96 reps required or 48 per partner
