Time for some HurriGAINZ.

 

While the weather is still good...

 

 

4 Rounds

 

Run 400m

30 Squats

20 Sit-ups

10 Push ups (add a kid to your back or a car tire for extra weight)

 

Rest 2 min between rounds

 

 

These are SPRINT Rounds.
