Strength:

Back Squat 3 x 5 @ 70%

Cycle:

5 min EMOM

2-6 reps STRICT TTB or weighted candlesticks

WOD:

2 Rounds 40 KBS (53/35) 40 situps 300m Run

Cash Out:

3 x 30 sec each side 1 arm plank
