I know right now many of you are thinking Thank God the Holidays are over, getting back into the swing will be much easier now. But you know what....they are NEVER over. There is always one coming behind (yup, the valentine's day stuff has been out for over a week now, then it will be easter, then it's going to be spring break....and so on). As a culture we need to learn how to stay in control of our habits despite holidays and birthdays and rainy days and sunny days and whatever days. Therefore....

January 6th and 20th First Saturday Friend Fest
We're hosting 2 Friend Fests in the month of January. Feel free to invite as many friends as you like to either the 9am or 11am, but please make sure they must arrive BEFORE class starts. Friends are welcome to come to the Rally at 10am on January 6th to hear some goal setting strategy and motivational talk from Drew and Jen.
Is happening on Saturday January 6th at 9am and 11am. The 11am will also be the first Sweat Sesh for all our Momentum Builder participants.
Hold Policy Update - Our new hold policy is now in effect. The updated policy is that a membership holds must be at least 1 month long and in one of the following three circumstances 1.) sustained injury or illness with a physician recommendation 2.) maternity leave 3.) military training or deployment. We encourage our athletes to stay committed to their fitness while on vacation and are here to help before and after so that you can do just that.

Athlete Spotlight! Check out our athlete spotlight this week with 4:30 always-in-beast-mode Rose!
Training- Happy new year. The Open is right around the corner. Our training will start to look a bit more like what you will experience.
Tuesday- Is a leap frog style with a partner version of "Jackie" . You will row, thruster, and pull-up.
Wednesday- We will back squat to get over the holiday blues. After we will do an interval based met-con with Bike, box jumps and burpees.
Thursday- We will do some gymnastic movements for practice, then the WOD will be a 10 round skill acquisition with Power cleans, hspu, and ttb.
Friday- we will do a power snatch and strict pull-up strength session followed by an old Open WOD 11.1/14.1. Double unders and power snatches.
Saturday is First Saturday Friend Fest. 2 rounds of some station work. Rowing, sit-ups, shuttle runs, air squats and db push press.
Tuesday 1/2 - 615am, 9am, and 430pm ONLY!!!
Saturday 1/6 - First Saturday Friend Fest 9am, 11am
Saturday 1/6 - Momentum Builder Rally 10am, sweat sesh 11am
Saturday 1/20 - Whole Life Challenge Huddle and measurements, 10am
Pre-challenge WOD / sweat sesh 11am
