Build to 70% ish 1RM Snatch then 5 x 1

WOD:

10-12 min EMOM 5 OHS 95/65

AND 5 CTB / Pull Ups Then 200 DUBs every break = 20 sit-ups max 5 BREAKS if doing singles... 300 reps every 75 do 20 sit-ups
