Strength:

OHS 4 x 3 Level 3 Snatch drop + OHS TECHNIQUE

Gymnastic:

5 total rounds between OHS 1-2 reps of hardest pull possible ie: CTB, MU, Pull Up, (Standing Ring Pulls)

WOD:

10-8-6-4-2 Power Snatch then 1 round Cindy after each set
