Cruising into Monday like...

Strength:

Back Squat x 8 reps @ 70% 3 RM >> 8 weighted step ups 4 each leg Complete 3 total rounds superset with below

Gymnastic:

max 1 min each set * alternate A1) Straight arm - max hold scale up = L-Sit A2) Bent arm hold - max chin over bar scale up = Archer hold

WOD:

3 x Row 250 10 DB Push Press Rest 2 minutes between rounds this should be a sprint
