Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 every 2 minutes

WOD:

Run 400m then 100 Burpees for time Every 10 reps 50 ft wt lunge **after the last burpee there is no lunge

Level 3:

800m Run

150 Burpees (lunge every 15 reps)
