Check out the latest Hyperformance PODcast Interview with Coach Caleigh. This is Caleigh's top moments, top lessons learned, and top wishes for our community. There is a little something for everyone in this episode, whether you are new to the gym or have been around for, like, 20 years:)
Monday we Mac Press then do a little bit of an open tester- Deadlifts, Wall Ball, Row cals, and HSPU.
Tuesday we will front squat heavy then do some intervals with air squats, power snatch, and max burpees.
Wednesday we will do a Not for time whole day. We will introduce some new movements in a skill acquisition day.
Thursday we will heavy clean and jerk then do a barbell EMOM called "Macho Man". Power cleans, front squat, and push jerks every minute for 15 min.
Friday we will learn bent over rows, then do a partner pyramid WOD with Dips, KB Swings, and weighted step overs.
Saturday we are gonna run then do 2 x couplet WODs where you pick the things you want to work on.

KIDS and TEENS
Elementary Kids Holiday Schedule - last class of 2018 is this Wed 12/19. We will begin again on Wed January 2nd. Enjoy your holiday.
Middle and High School Schedule - will continue to meet this week, then no classes until Monday Jan 7th.
RAISE YOUR GAME
Get your team together! The New Year's Whole Life Challenge is coming to HPA on January 19th. Take advantage of early registration now through Jan 2nd (price increases on Jan 3rd). The challenge is encouraged for all HPA members, family, friends, and workplace teams! Join the HPA team now!
HyperStrike 2.0 is a specialty class available to all athletes. This program combines striking with self-defense in a really fun workout. The class is 60 minutes.
Starting December 1st, HyperStrike Specialty Classes will be offered at the following times:
Wed 5:45 pm *
Friday 10:15 am*
Saturday 10:15 am
*Wednesday and Friday will be the same class curriculum and workout. Two times are being offered for convenience. Participants are encouraged to do either Wednesday or Friday in addition to Saturday. Times are subject to change based on participation. 5 class packs are available for $50 for members and $75 for non-members. Athletes need to bring their own MMA gloves.
For those with only 30 minutes at lunchtime and want to make it count. Join for a fast-paced high-energy sweat sesh. Lot's of functional movement with kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells, but no barbell.
For the remainder of 2018 classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30pm. During the launch phase (now through December) current athletes may attend any SWEAT:30 class for free, we just ask that you bring your best positive attitude (and feel free to bring a friend!). Non-members may attend one free class, then subsequent classes are 10 for $150.

Fun Friend Friday
This Friday is the LAST Friend Friday in December! Introduce a friend or co-worker by inviting them to join you for any class or SWEAT:30 this Friday. Make to tell them to wear RED!
MEALS and MOTIVATION
HPA has partnered with Latin Chicks to bring some healthy food and motivation to your favorite office or work team. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to set up time for your office. Free up to 10 people.
During the Holidays we go to a limited schedule because so many athletes are traveling. By offering only 3 classes we ensure that ALL our coaches get some time off too and that classes are full and fun.
Limited Schedule Days means there will be a 6:15 am, 9:00 am, and 4:30 pm only. Please note, these classes are regular classes and therefore open to members or paid visitors from other affiliates only. They are NOT bring a friend days.
Mon Dec 24th - AM Classes only. Gym closes at 1pm.
