Friday Night Lights Registration Deadline extended to Thursday Feb. 7th

It's come to our attention that the registration page is not working for many of you. Therefore, you may register in person at the gym. Look for the sign up sheet at the front desk. We just need your name and shirt size. $25 will be charged to your payment form on file on the 8th.

Drew's Words of Wisdom...

Integrity is defined as doing the right thing NO matter who is watching (or not watching). I do not carry this burden lightly. EVERY decision I make I ask myself "Is this the best choice I can make right now?" Would I make the same choice if my grandparents watched? If not, then I need to question my motives. This goes from how I treat my family all the way to whether or not I am going to pick up a piece of trash on the side of the road. Integrity is woven into EVERY decision I make because even though you think no one is watching someone always does.

It's all about celebrating the cool things our bodies are capable of and being part of the team. Cost is $25 and includes a shirt if you register by Thursday.

The First FNL event will be Friday February 22nd. There will NO CLASSES on Fridays during these 5 weeks.

OPEN GYM Announcement

This year for Friday Night Lights (FNL) there will be no scheduled friday classes. We want to see you on Friday night. The evening will be spent doing the Open WOD as a huge group in heats.

As an alternative, there will be an OPEN GYM time from 6am - 12 noon on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am - 2 pm. Open gym will look a little different than regular classes. There will be a coach monitoring, but it is up to YOU to self motivate. The coaching staff will give suggestions and help, but will NOT lead you through your workout or judge you for the Open. We will have a suggested workout on the board, or you can do any WOD missed during the week. This is a great opportunity to practice any skill, do some extra strength work, or just get in some mobility before the evening event.

Please note, the entire week's worth of workouts are currently on the whiteboard in the front of the gym. The details of each day can be found there.

  • Monday- Shoulder Press and then bench press/pull-ups

  • Tuesday- Romanian Deadlifts and a run/bike/pull triplet

  • Wednesday- a pretty neat version of filthy fifties

  • Thursday- upside down gymnastic work and everyone's favorite TABATA

  • Friday- heavy cleans then 16.2 (ttb, dus, and cleans)

  • Saturday- Long partner chipper
