OPEN GYM The Experiment Continues

Over the last four weeks we've experimented with the feasibility, demand, and logistics for an Open Gym time period on Saturdays from 11am to 2pm.

Because we didn't hold any Friday classes during the Friday Night Light weeks, we offered this for free to all our members. We're pleased by the number of you that showed up to work on weak areas, do a special workout, or just stick around to judge or cheer.

We'd like to continue offering Open Gym on Saturdays once Friday Night Lights are over. Being able to provide this service does increase the amount of equipment usage and energy and labor cost. Over the next week we'd love to hear your feedback and thoughts on how useful this was to you and whether you will be interested in having access in the future. Please email drew@crossfithp.com with thoughts and feedback. Look for an announcement next week that will detail times, cost, and other information regarding open gym.

St. Baldricks Update! Heidi is shaving her head!

Our HPA Family has been so supportive of my fundraising for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation! Thank you!!

The event was originally scheduled for this Saturday (3/23), but has been postponed. GUESS WHAT? I will be drawing a name for the split the pot raffle at the FNL FIESTA on Friday, immediately followed by...SHAVING MY HEAD! Yup! I will be doing it at the gym as a virtual fundraiser! Mike Kelly has generously offered to do the honors. I am so excited to have my fit family be a part of this humbling experience as I shave my head in support of childhood cancer research! See you Friday!!
