Drew's Words of Wisdom:

So we asked the coaches, "What does Creating positive forward moment through fitness and human connection (our mission statement) personally mean to you? Here are a few (abbreviated) answers. Bonus points if you can guess who said what.

"I want to make people feel comfortable and confident about being in class immediately. It's my goal as soon as they walk through the athlete or old."

"Increasing the impact. How did I impact my clients or members in the class so that they could turn around and impact someone else or push them to do something to better themselves."

"As soon as I step in this door, it's no longer about me, it's about brightening someone else's day. The workout is just the bonus."

"I want people to really understand and believe that they are capable of more than they think they are. It’s okay to struggle but it’s not okay to quit."

"As a coach, making sure that people can progress both in a mental and physical aspect. Being a rock for them everyday they walk in the door, being a shoulder to lean on during the bad days while also being there to support and encourage on the good days!"

Our mission doesn't stop at just the coaches, YOU play a crucial role. When you fist bump or bro hug, offer to partner with someone new, or just encourage someone to try again. Thank YOU for carrying our mission forward and being the connectors.

Bragging Rights 2019 - Affiliate throwdown

August 24th, 3-7pm Crossfit Steadfast

Your coaches guide you through WODs, are there for your failed attempts and eventual PRs. Now it is time for you to show up big for them!

Come out and show how much you appreciate your coaches and their support for you by cheering them on through a few brutal workouts! Bragging Rights is a fun way for your coaches to go head-to-head with other coaches in the area. That’s not all though! There will also be prizes for Most Team Spirit and mini-challenges throughout the competition where athletes from each gym will have chances to contribute to their boxes total score!

Make sure to wear blue!

New Adult Programs - This September we launch 2 new coaching programs.

Bulletproof Coaching and Precision Nutrition Online Coaching. More details coming soon.

New HPA Youth Class - Starting Monday August 19th our Elementry kids get a 3rd class each week. Now classes will meet Mon and Wed at 3:30 and Saturdays 10:15.

Rounds of Hang Power Cleans (155/105) and HR Push-ups

into rounds of Cals Row and kettlebell swings (53/35)

Thursday: 1 RM Snatch

Rounds of single arm Devil Presses and running

Friday - 1RM Front Squat

Partner AMRAP with Toes To Bar, good Mornings, Medball rotation throws, and step ups.

Saturday "Partner Chipper 50 cals AAB/Ski 40 Dubs 30 Hang DB Snatch 20 Lunges 10 Tire Flips/Atlas stone
